Here we are 3 years later, the Civils Affairs Office have moved since then it is a lot bigger more seating area and a little play room for the kids while we got to interview the nannies and director to see how little Ava slept, habits and special needs that they have.

Last but not least this is the moment we have been waiting for Ava Ling dressed in her very best quilted polyester fleece and crying. She is very petite with a chumpy thighs, pouty lips, very courious of all the people around her.

10:30am ~ our group is to meet with the China reps - Grace and Kathy.
11 families in our travel this time around. Many are second adoptions or already have bio children traveling with them.
3:30pm ~ Go to the Provincial Civil Affairs office to receive our babies! So exciting! I truely remember this moment 3 years ago.
Finally, after 13 months of waiting to hold our second daughter.
