A walk in the park

A beautiful day to just take a brisk walk in the park. playing on the playset was challenging since it was wet and slippery. It was just a nice day to be outside with my sweet & chatty girl.

{Ice Skating}-B&W Wednesday

The joy of winter is here. We took the girls ice skating, second time for Malia this year & Ava first time ever on ice skates.

In the beginning, she just wanted to be held. but then noticed the girls having a great time she also wanted to try.

a little help from Uncle Jamie & Daddy :))

Malia, Ava & Anna

first time using the bars

but decided to just try on her own and did just great what a diehard!

tired of skating take control of the bars, have a seat and let Brady push you:)

then give Auntie a try.

then off again by herself, she wanted no help at all.

keep on trucking.

~ First day of snow ~

The girls loved the first day of snow. We only got 3 inches but sure was a fun night.

snow puppy

since it snowed again the girls were so excited. The wet snow helped with building a snow puppy a.k.a. popcorn (puppy who lives one house over). with the from Daddy they built this huge puppy!

FMG Family Winter Fun!

took the girls with my sister-in-law and nephews to the botanical garden for some winter fun inside and out.

another cheesey smile, look at the necklace that I made.

Malia's did not fit over her neck. opps, tied it too short, Mom!

Nate, Brady, Ava & Malia making necklace out of cinnamon sticks, shells, beads etc.

making pinecone feeders for the little birdies.

all bundled up for some outside fun!

cupcake heaven

It has been so cold outside the girls don't even play long in the snow so we decided to make cupcakes. Guess who enjoyed it the most.

Ice Skating

Alan took Malia for the second time ice skating downtown, she totally loved it she skated by herself without a walker.

no walker need

Daddy, it's just like rollerblading:-)

watch me twirl, Jake...

being silly on the ice

Snow snow and more snow

We must have had about a foot or more of snow over the weekend. Malia loved playing outside building a snowman, making mud pies and snow angels.
Ava on the other hand last only about 2 mins outside and she wants to come back inside.

Ava could barely walk in her moon suit maybe that is why she didn't like being outside.
