Easter Egg Hunt

We attended the nearby church that hosted a community Easter Egg Hunt for kids 1-10years old.

This is our second year attending the hunt, the church is so gracious they have donut holes and coffee, face painting, balloons & clowns entertaining the kids before the hunt.

Best of all the kids enjoy their prizes when they get a golden ticket in their egg.

The hunt begins....

The girls actually teamed up in each of their age group, one would hold the bag and the other

would pick up the egg.

there were 12,000 eggs in all

The girls had such a great time, we will mostly attend again next year.

All kids got their loot of Easter Basket from Nana, they all loved their "rabbit teeth" candy

It has been a family tradition, the kids all love it.
They each receive a "big" prize once the search is over.

What a crazy two weeks it has been first it was Easter, then we had a 2 1/2 day garage sale did awesome, sold lots of big items plus more it was so nice to get rid of some of the stuff that we don't use anymore.

We colored eggs with their cousins, each child had their own cups but eventually they all ended sharing.

This year Ava got the jist of how to put the eggs in the coloring dye, I could not tell you how many times this girl said "is this one mine?" at least she was polite about it...

Easter Bunny

The girls loved seeing the Easter Bunny at the mall. Ava was a little hesitate about checking out the Easter bunny so she had to sit by Malia for the picture.

Happy Easter- egg hunt

We started out this am with an easter egg hunt at the church. There were tons of kids, it started out with the youngest group to the oldest group, very good turn out with tons of cool prizes for the kids.

At first Ava didn't know what she was suppose to do, then her little friend Aliva showed her what needed to be done. She was extremely estastic when she found out that there were candy in those eggs.
